Danny Johann Howard, 66, of Bardstown, passed away Thursday, May 26, 2016, at his residence. He was born on January 3, 1950, in Bardstown to the late George M. and Christine E. Nalley Howard, Jr. He was employed at Inoac U.S.A., a U.S. Army veteran of the Korean Conflict, member of St. Joseph Church and served as a volunteer at St. Vincent DePaul Mission Store. He was also preceded in death by his brother, Karl Von Howard. Survivors include a son, Alexander James Howard of Chicago, Ill.; two sisters, Connie A. Howard and Sherry (Marvin) Vienna Wilson, both of Bardstown; nieces and nephews, Jennifer (Bryan) Freytes Vincent, of Bardstown, Irene V.(Roy) Caddell, of Bardstown, Sara E. Baker and William Baker Jr., both of Louisville. Visitation will be Saturday, June 4, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Houghlin-Greenwell Funeral Home, 1475 New Shepherdsville Rd. A graveside prayer will follow at St. Joseph Cemetery. Houghlin-Greenwell Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
