Funeral services will be Sunday, September 20, 1981, at two O'clock Pm., at the Koontz Funeral Home, Hamlin, Wv., with Rev. Roosevelt Linville offficiating. Interment in the Goldsbury Cemetery, Sias Wv.
He was an employee of the Hobet Mining and Construction Company.
Surviving are his wife, Mary Adkins; his son, Darrah Edward Adkins; his mother, Garnet Adkins Willis; 2 half-brothers; Stephen Wayne and Walter Edward Willis; and 1 half-sister, Carrie Mae Linville.

Dana Delane Adkins, 36, of Sias, Lincoln County, was crushed to death Thursday Sept 17, 1981 when the tractor he was operating overturned on him, according to the Lincoln County Emergency Service. The accident occurred near his home. He was employed by Hobet Mining and Consturction Co.
Surviving: wife, Mary ; his son, Darrah Edward at home; mother, Garnet Adkins Willis of Sias; half-brothers; Stephen Wayne Willis and Walter Edward Willis of Sias; half-sister, Carrie Mae Linville of Sias.
Services were held Sunday in Koontz Funeral Hoe, Hamlin, with the Rev Roosevelt Linville officiating. Burial was in Goldsbury Cemetery, Sias.
