Margaret (D'Ambra) Cook, 85, passed away Thursday, April 28, 2022 at home surrounded by her loving family. She was the wife of the late Robert A. Cook.

Born in Providence, she was a daughter of the late Gennaro and Margaret M. (Mulligan) D'Ambra.

Margaret was the mother of the late Paula J. Cook and Robert A. Cook Jr. Loving grandmother of Robert A Cook III and Joseph W. Long; sister-in-law of Norma Cook; she is also survived by many nieces, nephews, grand nieces and nephews, cousins and friends. She was the sister of the late Vito D'Ambra, Gennaro D'Ambra, Concetta Cabral, Americo D'Ambra, Rosanne Higgins and Florence D'Ambra.

Margaret worked in the jewelry industry for many years and then as a lunch and recess monitor for the Warwick School Dept before retiring. Margaret was a loving mother and an inspiration to everyone who knew her.

Her funeral was held Wednesday, May 4, 2022 from the Thomas & Walter Quinn Funeral Home, 2435 Warwick Ave, Warwick. Followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at St. Kevin Church, Sandy Lane, Warwick. Burial was in Pawtuxet Memorial Park, Warwick.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, PO Box 1000 Dept 142, Memphis, TN 38148 will be appreciated.
