Her former marriage bore three children, Leroy Jr.,daughter Lavenya (who preceded her in death) and Kevin Stenson.
For over 50 years a dedicated and faithful husband, Mr. Jimmy Brown made Margaret the center of his universe and remained by her side until the end of her life.
Margaret was well known for her attention to detail when it came to the latest fashions and graceful exquisite perfumes. Her loyalty to family and close friends was peerless. She attended Lincoln Heights High School. She had many hobbies but her passions were singing, dancing, traveling, charitable and listening to gospel and sweet soul music. Her favorite gospel songs were "Pass Me Not O Gentle Saviour, "Guide Me Oh Thou Great Jehovah, and The Old Rugged Cross.
She leaves with broken hearts a loving immediate family to cherish her distinguished eternal memories that will never fade:
Arlene Goines (Weems)
Lorraine Jackson (Weems)
Abdul Haakiim Larry Weems(Australia)
Ruth Ann Mitchell (Weems)
Anthony Darnell (Weems)
She was a member of the Mt. Zion Baptist Church in both Lockland and Woodlawn Ohio. She was sincere, God Fearing, family oriented, loving and a giving person.
Margaret was no stranger to hard work. She began baby sitting at a young age and then moved on to working at the Cincinnati Toy Factory. From there she worked at Continental Cans Cincinnati, and finally after working at Ford Motors, she retired after many years.
Also, to mourn her passing are grandchildren: Patrice Murph, Tayquaz O'Neal, David, Omarion,Tyawn, Danielle, Shanika, Shanelle Stenson, nieces, nephews, great-grandchildren, cousins ,in-laws, an aunt, and friends.
Margaret's fearless battle with life's health challenges ended on Good Friday, April 15, 2022. Her eternal memories will remain forever in our hearts. May she peacefully rest until the final day of judgement. Amen www.springgrove.org
