Mrs. Spalding was born in Lowell, the daughter of the late Charles and Rose (Prairie) Eveleth, and had made her home in this city all of her life.
She is survived by her daughter, Mrs. Priscilla S. Zacher; two sisters, Mrs. Carroll Wilmott [Olive] Peck, and Miss Helen L. Eveleth, with whom she made her home; two grandsons and a niece and a nephew.
