Carlos was a hard worker, a resilient man in the face of adversity, and a person who provided exemplary effort. He had an unassuming and disarming personality that could put anyone at ease. Everyone was Carlos' friend. His sense of humor was second to none and he was a very compassionate man. He could find the silver lining to keep pushing forward in any situation.
