On August 7, 1976, Kathy was united in marriage to Gary Wolf by Rev. Arthur Nickel and Father James Moran at Immanuel Lutheran Church in Clara City. They made their home in Norwood Young America, Minnesota, where they raised their three children, Stacie, Melissa and Matthew. Kathy and Gary shared over 36 wonderful years of marriage.
In addition to being a loving wife and mother, Kathy thoroughly enjoyed working as an office assistant in the dental field, most recently at Gustafson Dental in Arlington, Minnesota. Her kind and caring demeanor was shown to all those with whom she interacted on a daily basis. Kathy was a faithful and active member of All Saints Lutheran Church in Norwood Young America, Minnesota.
Kathy had a passion for cooking, enjoyed watching "her shows," and loved spending time at the cabin on Lake Washington in Dassel, Minnesota. At the lake, she would make a point to watch the sun rise and sun set. Kathy loved the simple things in life. She cherished the time she was able to spend with her friends, family, "the campers," and especially her grandchildren. Kathy always said "I am the lucky one".
Kathy passed away with her family by her side on Friday, November 23, 2012, at Marie Steiner Kelting Hospice Home in Chaska, Minnesota, at the age of 56 years, 1 month and 9 days. She faithfully received her call to meet the Lord and live among the angels in Heaven.
Blessed be her memory.
Kathy is survived by her loving family and friends.
Kathy is preceded in death by her Mother, Idell Meints; Father-In-Law, Roman Wolf.
