Harvey William Vincent and Miss Frances Camille Gage were married 11 Apr 1931 by Rev. J. L. Dickens in Houston.

William Vincent was a member of West University Baptist Church and the Prime Time Singers. He was employed by Houston Belt and Terminal Railroad for 50 years, until his retirement.

His father was probably Luther Fay Vincent and his mother was Kathryn Jane (Buckingham) Vincent. His mother married C. N. (Charles Nolte) Dietrich on 28 Mar 1917 in Houston and Harvey was listed with them in the 1920 Houston census.

His mother's obituary lists four survivors; her husband, C. N. Dietrich, a daughter, Miss Marjorie Dietrich, both of Houston, and two sons, Harold Vincent of Mississippi and H. W. Vincent of Houston. Harold Fay Vincent, who was raised in Jackson County, Mississippi by "Grits" Bludsworth, was born in Louisiana and was listed with Luther Fay Vincent and his wife Kate from Kansas in the 1910 census of Calcasieu Parish. Harvey Fay Vincent's grave marker shows year of birth as 1908, but SS shows he was born September 14, 1909.

Luther Fay Vincent married Mary T Holland on 19 March 1917 and later married a lady named Catherine.
