Christopher Bullard was the son of John Bullard and Nancy Agnes Kersey (Casey) Bullard. He was the father of William Bullard, born to Julia Wilson, to whom he was apparently not married. He later married Rebecca Hodges. No children were born to that union and they were separated at the time he wrote his will.
