CAREY LOUIS WILLIAMS

Carey Louis Williams died Sunday Feb. 11, 2001 in Kingman. He was 81.

Mr. Williams was born Sept. 24, 1919 in Williams.

He had worked as a barber at Williams Barber Shop since 1939. He also worked as a custodian at the Mohave Union High School District No. 30 from 1977 to 1989.

He served in the U.S. Army and was a member of American Legion Post No. 14.

He was a member of No. 245 of Woodmen of the World Society since 1943.

Mr. Williams is survived by; one nephew and one great nephew.

He was preceded in death by; his parents, Carey Sr. and Ruby Williams; one sister, Gladys Manship; and one brother, David Williams.

Visitation will be from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. on Friday Feb. 16, 2001 at Sutton Memorial Funeral Home.

Funeral services will immediately follow at 3 p.m. at the same location, with the Rev. Paul Daniel officiating.

Cremation will be handled by Sutton Crematory.
