Mr. Feckley was born near Harper, Iowa on July 16, 1886. He was a member of the Church of Christ at Sigourney, Iowa. His father passed away in March, 1915. His mother passed away in November 1930.

Four years ago he was united in marriage to Louise Vestal, who survives. He was ill about 3 years and on April 7, 1946 he was moved to the Nitzschke home in Central Point where he was tenderly cared for. William was a good son and brother. After the death of his father, he supported his mother until she passed away, and one of his last remarks was "I would gladly do it again."

Funeral services were conducted Wednesday, January 7 at 2 o'clock from the Perl Funeral Home with the Rev. Rolf Hanses officiating. The remains were forwarded that evening for interment in the family lot at Sigourney, Iowa.
