James Allen Wilkinson was born October 9, 1959, in San Augustine, TX, and he passed away at his residence in Gainesboro, TN, on Saturday, April 23, 2022 at the age of 62.

He was the son of the late Jesse Wilkinson and Wyula Sharp Wilkinson. He was retired from working in software training and support. He was a man of many talents, ranging from computers to cars. Most of all, he had a passion for all he loved. He would give everything for the ones he loved. His sons and grandchildren were his pride and joy. He was a truly great man.

Survivors include his Sons: James (Nicole) Wilkinson II of Red Boiling Springs, TN, Justin (Devon) Head of Houston, TX, and Cameron Wilkinson of Gainesboro, TN; Sisters: Linda Eckler of Pasadena, TX, and Melodie Hiller of Richmond, TX; and Grandchildren: Haley Willis, Madison Wilkinson, Lillie Wilkinson, Bella Wilkinson, Charlotte Wilkinson, and Hayden Head.

Visitation will be on Sunday, May 1, 2022, at 2 P.M. at Anderson Upper Cumberland Funeral Home. The family has chosen cremation.
