She was born in Petroria, Michoacan, Mexico on May 25, 1941 the daughter of Carlos Ramirez and Felipa Rodriguez.
Jova enjoyed cooking, reading and spending time with her family and grandchildren. She was very religious and enjoyed reading the Bible.
Jova was married to Adolfo Juarez who preceded her in death in 1985. She was a homemaker.
They had eleven children who survive. Their children include, Lucia (Leopoldo) Rangel, Maria (Ramon) Arteaga, Carmen (Martin) Ruiz, Martin Juarez, Heriberto (Bertha) Juarez, Maria Juarez, Felix (Elisa) Juarez, Consuelo Juarez, Flora (Luis) Higine, Deysi Juarez, and Jose (Annabel) Juarez and many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Jova will lie in state at the Brennan-Mathena Funeral Home on Wednesday, April 20th from 2:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. where a spanish rosary will be prayed at 6:00 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Thursday, April 21st at 10:00 a.m. at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church. Interment will follow in Topeka Cemetery.
