Kayala was educated within the Stone County School District and was a graduate of Stone High School, class of 2018. She continued her education and enrolled at Mississippi Gulf Coast Community College, Perkinston campus.
Kayla was a beautiful and caring human being. Her compassion and care for those she loved was honest and pure. To know Kayla was to love her. Sunday April 17, 2022, Kayla took her last breath and entered into sweet rest.
There is a lot that can be said about an individual who possesses the strength and determination that Kayla possessed. She was so proud to be a mother. Kayla found so much joy in being the best mother that she could to her three beautiful children. Her kind heart and giving spirit simply made you feel at peace when around her. We would be remiss if we did not acknowledge Kayla's comical, yet blunt and dry humor. It was, within its own right, a signature characteristic of Kayla.
We honor and thank God for the time that He gave us to spend with Kayla. Through her life we learned that life will throw many things your way, but we must remain steadfast and know that the will of God will never take you where the power of God can not sustain you. Kayla will be dearly missed, but we are confident that there is a prepared place for a prepared people and that is our lasting hope. May Kayla's life be a blessing to all who knew her.
She is preceded in death by her maternal grandparents, L V Stubbs and Katherine Stubbs; and her paternal grandmother, Mae Shirley Cooper.
Kayla leaves to cherish her loving memories; her parents, three children, Jayda, Zariah, and Jayden Wilson; a sister, Tekiyah Cooper, and a host of cousins, other relatives and friends!
She will be greatly missed, and the memories of her life will forever be in our hearts.
