Gloria enjoyed cooking, baking and entertaining, time with family for a delicious pasta dinner with plenty of meatballs, lemon lush was her favorite dessert to make.
She was a member of the American Legion Women's Auxiliary Post 101, Somers.
Gloria is survived by seven children; Raymond Turcotte of Vernon, Janet & Tom Robarge of Statesville, NC, Michelle & Robert Weeks of Enfield, Thomas & Jacqueline Turcotte of Enfield, CT, Jayne Knorr of Dayton Beach, FL, James & Lynn Robinson of Mendon, MA and Linda Dillen of Blackstone, MA, 15 grandchildren, and 17 great-grandchildren, along with many nieces and nephews.
She was also predeceased by her 1st husband of 35 years, Raymond R. Turcotte.
Relatives and friends may gather with her family during calling hours on Thursday, April 28, 2022, from 4:00 to 7:00 pm at Browne Memorial Chapels, Enfield. A service will be held at 11:00 am at the funeral home, followed by interment in the Massachusetts Veteran's Memorial Cemetery, Agawam, MA. In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to the American Cancer Society, P.O. Box 22718 Oklahoma City, OH 73123-1718.
