Mr. Pierce is preceded in death by one son, Audney Pierce, his parents, Gilbert and Doris Dyson Pierce, one brother-in-law, Henry Fontenot. He retired from the United States Air Force after having served 20 years of active duty. He belonged to the Woodman of the World, the 40/8, the American Legion Post and the VFW. One of his most enjoyable times was playing Santa Claus for the Woodman of the World and his community.
