It is with heartfelt sadness that we announce the sudden passing of Winnifred (Winnie) McNeil (Strickland) at age 64, on May 19, 2021. Born in Sydney Mines, she was the daughter of the late Louis and Theresa (Donovan) Strickland.
In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by sisters, Anne Marie McIntyre, Theresa and Brenda Strickland and brothers, James Strickland, Brian Strickland and Beau Strickland.
Winnie was a very private person and had chosen not to have any services.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to CAMH or the charity of your choice.
May she rest peacefully in grace and love.
