Charles Delaney Harris, born on September 13,1956, passed away on April 20th, 2022 at the age of 65.

As a banker and a colleague, Chuck was as hardworking as he was neighborly with whomever he encountered. Constantly searching for an unopened door, he could make you feel like childhood friends at the first handshake. Unafraid to guide you down the correct path, chosen by him of course, he treasured discovering the true potential within all of those he worked alongside with. A man who did not want to be bound by goals, as he only viewed them as limits and a ceiling to what he and his peers could truly achieve. A man who strived for first, yet wanted all to eat at his table. A man you could trust.

As a friend, you laughed the loudest when standing in his circle. His personality was infectious, lighting up a room when walking in and only leaving on his watch. Whether on the green or raising a glass, he made sure a good time was had. Generous to a fault, he would give the shirt off his back and his right arm to help his friends in need. You may have grown from a colleague to a friend, or a friend to one he considers as family, his companionship with you is everlasting.

By his own indication, his most important role in life was at the helm of his family. As a son, he carried forth the legacy set by his parents of an honest, hardworking man who provides for his loved ones. He took care of the land he was raised on and watches over it to this day. As a husband, his love for his wife grew stronger every day throughout their 43 years. While their time together on earth has ended, they will eventually drive down the roads of heaven for eternity holding each other's hands. As a father, he cherished every moment he could spend with each of his children. Whether it be a lengthy road trip, or a small moment on the porch, nothing allowed his heart to be more complete than spending it with his family."

Preceded in death by parents Clyde F. Harris and Patricia C. Harris, father-in-law William M. Fazzone, niece Lisa M. Wetzel. Charles is survived by wife Cynthia A. Harris, daughter Christina L. Harris, son Chance D. Harris, brother Mitchell F. Harris (Marie Stamm)
