Jeffery Michael Westcott, 16, died Monday. Born in Staten Island, N.Y., he was a son of Robert M. and Alice Feltus Westcott of Columbia. He was a student at Irmo High School, a member of Irmo High School Singers and Chorus, Cotton Blossom Cloggers of Irmo, the Murraywood Swim Team, and he participated in ACT For Animals. He was a member of Our Lady of the Hills Catholic Church.
Surviving are his parents; a brother, Patrick Westcott; maternal grandparents, Francis and Wilma Feltus of Columbia; maternal great-grandmother, Alice Feltus of Edison, N.J.; and paternal grandparents, John and Marie Westcott of Staten Island, N.Y.
