He died on February 22, 1926 in Breckenridge Twp, Caldwell County, Missouri. He was buried February 22, 1926 in Rose Hill Cemetery, Breckenridge, Missouri, Caldwell County, Missouri.

His parents was John P. Enfield and Eve "Fanny" Shultz Infield.

Perry is listed as a Civil War Veteran of Caldwell, Daviess and Livingston Counties in Missouri.

Perry's first wife was "Jane" Moore and she was born on June 22, 1842 in Coshocton,County, Ohio. She died on October 8, 1898 on Mooresville, Livingston County, Missouri.
