Francisco "Frank" R. Martinez, age 67, of Rockford passed away peacefully at home surrounded by family Friday April 15, 2022. Born in Palacios, TX on October 5, 1954 to Hilario & Julia Martinez (Rocha). Lovable, caring, generous and an all around wonderful person & friend, Frank would give the shirt off his back to help someone in need. He had a knack for fixing anything in disrepair, loved motorcycles and riding horses. His true pride & joy were his grandchildren, he adored spending time with his family. Beloved father, grandpa, brother and dear friend; he will remain forever in our hearts.

He is survived by children, Tovia Juliano, Angelica (Miguel) Martinez-Rodriguez, Amy Martinez, Anna Martinez and Enrico (Olivia) Martinez; 24 grandchildren; 3 great grandchildren; siblings, Manuel Martinez, Jesse "Chuy" (Sue) Martinez and Stella Martinez-Pizarro; sister-in-law, Diane Martinez; numerous nieces & nephews; dear friends, Braulio (Alma) Avila and family; and beloved dog, Estrella. He is predeceased by his son, Benito Juliano Martinez; brothers, Steve & Ray Martinez; sister, Carmen Hueramo; and his parents.
