Mrs. Cynthia Jane "Cindy" Harvey, of Bella Vista, AR, departed this life on April 19, 2022, at the age of 65, in her home with her loving husband of 47 years by her side.

Cindy was born in Neosho, MO on November 5, 1956 to the late Lloyd Helm and the late Eleanor Jean (Mosier) Helm of Pineville, MO.

Cindy met the love of her life, Charles, in high school and they married August 12, 1974 and had three children, Tara, Charlie, and Jacob.

Cindy attended Missouri Southern State University and graduated with her teaching degree and went on to teach for many years with the McDonald County School system.

Always the dynamic duo, Charles and Cindy went on to create Harvco, a concrete construction company, where they ran a successful business and Cindy really enjoyed dabbling in real estate. She was always dreaming up their next adventure. After years of hard work, Cindy enjoyed traveling with her husband where she enjoyed boating on the lake and shelling the beaches of Florida with her husband by her side.

Cindy loved teaching school, traveling, her family, friends, and baking her "world famous" pies for her kids and grandkids. She was an avid runner and enjoyed being active, lifting weights, and water skiing.

Cindy is preceded in death by her beloved parents, Lloyd and Jean Helm, and her dear sister, Nancy Helm Bitzenberg.

Cindy is survived by her husband Charles Harvey; her children Tara Tinsley and husband Chris of Pineville, MO, Charles Harvey II and wife Kindra of Monett, MO, and Jacob Harvey and wife Caitlin of Neosho, MO; her grandchildren Case Tinsley, Laynee Tinsley, Karys Harvey, Jack Harvey, Huck Harvey, Eleanor Harvey, and Boone Harvey; her brother Sam Helm and his wife Joye of Pineville, MO and her sister Becky Ellington and husband George of Cleveland, TX; as well as a host of cousins, nieces, and nephews.

Arrangements are under the direction of the Ozark Funeral Home in Anderson, Missouri. Cindy's life will be celebrated the way she loved to live it, with her family. A private family service will be held. In lieu of flowers, memorials are being directed to the McDonald County Schools Foundation c/o the funeral home.
