Morris Fullbright Eoff was the second born child of Samuel A Eoff and Mary Jane Curnutt, natives of Arkansas. Both
parents had children from previous marriages. The children of Samuel A Eoff and Mary Jane Curnutt were Josie C (Eoff) Cloe, Morris, Jackson Samuel Eoff, Lucy Mandanie (Eoff) Crenshaw, Daniel Jefferson Eoff and James Columbus Eoff. Morris' family moved from Arkansas to Oklahoma before 1900 when that area was called Indian Territory. Morris married Clara Emily Atkinson, daughter of Robert and Mary Blythe Atkinson, Nov 26, 1911 in Warner, Muskogee Co, Oklahoma. Their children were Robert Nathan Eoff, Mary Eoff (d.y.) Chester Columbus Eoff, Sam James Eoff, Lester Milas Eoff, Clara Belle (Eoff) Tate and Maggie (Eoff) Roper.

Morris, a farmer, raised his family in Oklahoma and California, living in Muskogee Co, Oklahoma in 1910 and McIntosh Co, Oklahoma in 1920. Sometime in the 1930's Morris, Clara and children moved to California, settling in Kern County, a county in the very productive agricultural San Joaquin Valley.
