Public viewing will be held on Thursday, October 28th from 1:00 – 5:00 p.m. at the chapel of Bentley's Funeral Home, 518 N. Hightower Street, Thomaston, Georgia. Graveside services will be held on Friday, October 29th at 11:00 A.M. at the Southview Cemetery, 942 S. Church Street, Thomaston, Georgia. Mr. Garland leaves to cherish his memories; his wife, Deborah Foster Garland of McDonough, GA; 3 children: Charissa S Garland, Jessica Lyons and Jerrod Foster all of McDonough, GA; his mother, Lavern Flowers of Thomaston, GA; father, Johnny Garland of Columbus, OH; one brother, Glenn Garland of Pensacola, FL; 3 sisters: Jeannie Garland, Carol Draine and Cynthia Ellerbee all of Thomaston, GA; aunts: Annie M. Furlow of Cleveland, OH; Evelyn (Lonnie) Wilder of Salem Community; Cynthia (Robert) Parker; Tommie L. Garland, Minnie Ruth Garland a very special and devoted aunt, Mrs. Laurine F.
