DAVIS -- Services for Robert Olan Bright, 93, will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday at the Pentecostal Holiness Church with the Revs. Frank Duncan and Junior Thomas officiating. Interment will be at Green Hill Cemetery under the direction of Fox Funeral Home.

Bright was born June 2, 1906, at Sentinel, Indian Territory, to John and Laura Bowman Bright. He died Dec. 18, 1999, in Davis.

He married Cleo Ilene Hawkins Aug. 21, 1926, and was a U.S. Postal letter carrier in San Diego before he retired. He was preceded in death by his wife; a son, Donald; eight brothers; and three sisters.

Survivors include three daughters, Carolyn Ronquist, Burney, Calif., Juanita Marcom and Maeruth Lee, Davis; a son, H.G., Alpine, Calif.; two brothers, Wayne, Bridgeport, Neb., and Marvis, May, Texas; eight grandchildren; 19 great-grandchildren; and four great-great-grandchildren.

Bearers will be Buster Coppenbarger, Delford Fox, Gary Fullerton, Jim Thomas, Jerry Bradley and Chuck Niemyer.
