Christina F. Wilcox, 26, of Kendallville, Indiana, died unexpectedly due to an epileptic seizure on Friday, April 15, 2022, at her residence.
She was born April 9, 1996, in Kendallville to Nathan Ray and LaShonda (Handshoe) Wilcox.
Christina was a 2014 graduate of East Noble High School.
She was a homemaker.
Recovery was a part of her life.
Surviving are three sons that she loved deeply, Nathan Ray Russell, Carter James Wilcox, and Micah Alexander David Wilcox all at home; her mother, LaShonda Wilcox of Avilla; two brothers, Allen Wilcox of Kendallville and Skyler (Audry) Wilcox of Avilla; her maternal grandfather, David Handshoe of Kendallville; paternal grandmother, Faye Martin of Kendallville; and aunts and uncles, Chasity (Shawn) Kilburn of Kendallville, Jonathan (Mindy) Wilcox of Kendalville, Carrie (Joshua) Rowe of Avilla, Yvonne Handshoe of Avilla, and Kathy Handshoe of Kendallville.
She was preceded in death by her father, Nathan Ray Wilcox on October 11, 2010; and her maternal grandmother, Lois Handshoe on October 29, 2019.
Visitation will be Wednesday, April 20, 2022, from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. with an evening service at 7 p.m. at Harbor of Love Baptist Church, 2353 South Lima Road, Kendallville and one hour prior to the service on Thursday.
Christina's funeral service will be Thursday, April 21, 2022, at 11 a.m. at the church with Pastor Charles Mosley officiating.
Cremation will follow the service.
Preferred memorials may be directed to the funeral home for expenses. Envelopes will be available at the church.
