Avondale- Stephanie Kay (Hinkel) Elliott, 39, passed away surrounded by her family and friends on May 16, 2021. She was born September 05, 1981 in Alpine, Texas to Jack and Pepper Hinkel. She left behind her husband Vincent Elliott, 5 children, Trevor Anderson, Tyrese Hubbard, Xavier Elliott, Vincent Elliott Jr., and Eliza Elliott one brother Jack Hinkel Jr and sister Helen Hinkel.
Stephanie attended New Mexico Community College and got her Bachelors degree in Accounting.
She loved being a seamstress making clothes, wallets and purses especially anything to do with Disney and Marvel. She handmade her daughters dresses.
She also loved pool parties, BBQs, and listening to old hip hop and R&B.
Stephanie loved donating time to help give Veterans families a great Christmas.
We are honoring Stephanie's wishes of cremation and no services.
