Wanda Campbell, 92, passed away April 10, 2022 at Bishop Drumm Retirement Center in Johnston, Iowa. Her funeral will begin at 2 p.m., Friday, April 15 at Merle Hay Funeral Home in Des Moines, Iowa.
Wanda was born March 15, 1930 in Des Moines to Tom and Dorothy (nee Lowe) Brown. Following graduation from Roosevelt High School in 1948, she worked at the Register & Tribune and Farm Bureau.
Wanda was preceded in death by her parents; husband, John B. Campbell; and niece, Nancy Cannon.
Wanda is survived by her nieces and nephews: Karen (Mike) McNaney, Becky (Daniel) McIntosh, Linda (David) Antunovich, Gary Cannon, John (Rae) Pietrzak, and Jill (Tracy) Pettit.
