He was born in Grand Lake, Ark., on Nov. 19, 1928, to Mose and Mellissa Mack. He lived his adult life in the area, enjoyed fishing, casinos, gardening and caring for his cars.
He leaves to cherish his memory his children, Harold "Hanna" Jones of Alabama and Jimmie Jones Jr., Mazie Jones, Brenda Jones, Marshetta Jones and Deidra Jones, all of Warren; his sister, Melissa Minor of Warren; five grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents; his wife, Zeophia Jones; his siblings, Willie Earl Jones, Beatrice Butler, Ned Jones, Mose Jones, Spurgeon Jones, Estella Jones, Ellis Jones, Fannie Wells, Willoughby Jones and Willis Jones.
A funeral service will be held at noon Wednesday, April 20, 2022, at Second Baptist Church, 1510 Main St., Warren, where friends may call one hour prior to the time of the service.
Interment will be in Pineview Memorial Park.
