Surviving are his wife, Esther Perez; children, Jose A Perez, Noemi Perez and her husband, Miguel Modesti, and Carmen I Perez; thirteen grandchildren, Anthony, William, Alexis, Ileanys, Itzamarie, Jonathan, Crystal Marie, Jonathan, Nathanael, Alicia, Jose, Eli Jose, and Franceska Lee; and five great grandchildren, Nathaniel, Julius, Anthony, Joseph, and Aaliyah.
