She was born on March 05, 1954 in Syracuse, New York the daughter of the late Robert & Pauline (George) Walker.
At the age of fifteen, Rebecca cared for her eight brothers and sisters.
She was a Social Worker and Caretaker for children with disabilities.
Rebecca was a strong and loving person who took pride in caring for those she loved and those in need.
She was a proud business owner, dedicated wife and mother, and loving friend (and cook) to everyone she touched.
Rebecca enjoyed gardening, sewing, craft making, bird-watching, and taking care of her two dogs, her family - and especially her grandchildren.
She is survived by her husband: Timothy G. Snyder; her daughters: Desirea Swartz of Duncannon, Jennifer Snyder of Halifax, and Gwen Mallon of Millersburg; her son: Timothy Snyder, Jr. of Mechanicsburg; her granddaughters: Megan and Mariah; and, her grandsons: Daniel and Cole.
The family will be holding a private Memorial Service.
