She was born March 21, 1953, in Rockford, to Claude L. and Mary Ann Kraipowich Finks.
Her parents preceded her in death.
She is survived by her two children, one daughter and her fiancée and one son; former husband; sister and her husband and two nephews.
Carol loved her family; she dedicated her life to caring for her son and daughter. She loved music, singing and the view on Grandview Drive in Peoria. She loved to laugh and was a real fighter. She was a huge animal lover.
Cremation has been accorded and services will be held at a later date.
The Cremation Society of Mid-Illinois Co. Pekin/Peoria is assisting the family with arrangements.
