Brian A. Bailey left his adventurous life here on Earth on October 29, 2021. Brian was born in Philadelphia PA, the son of the late Eliot L. Bailey and the late Janet MacNair Bailey Lapp. He was also preceded in death by his brother, Christopher L. Bailey, and his step-father, N. Watson Lapp. He is survived by his loving wife, Fidencia Hilda Aguilar, and his sister, Eileen Bailey Claypool (Thomas).

Dr. Bailey was a graduate in 1966 of Central Bucks (West) High School and received a Bachelor degree from Delaware Valley College. He continued his education, receiving a Master's degree from Clemson University. Brian furthered his education at Purdue University, and received a PhD from the University of Poznan in conjunction with the University of Florida.

Brian was involved in a cultural exchange program between Delaware Valley College, the University of Florida, and the University of Poznan where he was involved in research and sharing his knowledge of agronomy. Dr. Bailey spread his love of agronomy and education by teaching in the Florida public schools for over 25 years, and he was recognized in Who's Who in Teaching. Rather than just lecturing to his students, Brian got his pupils working in the soil and brought cows and horses to school, much to their delight.

Friends and family are invited to celebrate his life at a memorial service on Saturday, April 23, at Pleasantville UCC in Chalfont. Visitation will be at 10 AM with the service following at 11 AM.
