Son of Irene (Gonsalves) Williams, and Louis Henry Williams, Sr. He grew up in Manhattan, and graduated from Morris High School. He was a Pastor with Market Place Ministries for most of his adult life, and a member of the Full Gospel Church of Overcoming Faith Ministries. He was preceded in death by his parents; son, Steven Williams; and his brother, Anthony Williams. Surviving are his wife, Lydia D Williams, of Falmouth, MA; son, Keith Grey of Massachusetts; sisters, Mary Ann Williams Butler and her husband, Stephen of Delaware, Cheryl Williams of New York, and Phyllis Robinson and her husband, Charles of North Carolina; and brother, Clarence Williams and his wife, Sybil of New York.
