She lived most of her life in Vermont and New Hampshire and in 2019 married Douglas Taylor.
Debbi loved to volunteer for the American Legion and was the first to raise her hand when given the opportunity to support her community whether it be by providing baked goods or participating in fundraisers.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Marie. She leaves behind her husband Douglas Taylor; her dear friend Michelle; four sisters; her foster parents Laura McPerson and Peter Sinclair; her brother; her aunt, as well as many cousins, nieces and nephews.
