Linda Gayle Elliott passed away on April 10, 2022 after a long battle with cancer. She was surrounded by family, and during her final days, she had received visits from her loved ones, which meant so much to her.

Gayle was born to J.P. and Thelma Willingham on September 27, 1939 in Shamrock, Texas and married Bobby Gail Elliott, Sr. on May 20, 1955.

Gayle is survived by Bobby Elliott, Jr. (son), Danella (daughter-in-law) and Chris (grandson) of Georgetown, Gina Munson (granddaughter) of Fort Worth, Caroline and Emily Elliott (granddaughters) of Victoria, Sam Elliott (grandson) of San Antonio and Monica Miers (granddaughter) of Harnett, NC. Gayle is also survived by Dennis (brother) and Theresa Willingham of Shreveport, LA, Judy (sister-in-law-law) and Jinx Ballard of Georgetown, Terri Willingham (sister-in-law) of Amarillo, 6 great-grandchildren, 2 great-great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. Gayle was preceded in death by her husband Bob, sons Alan Wayne and Rickey Dale, her parents, brothers Norman and Randy and sister Vonnie.

Gayle always loved having a manicured lawn, and enjoyed planting and taking care of her beautiful flowers. Gayle was a fantastic bowler and participated on many bowling leagues during her life. Gayle and Bob also enjoyed visiting the casinos during the early years. She always dreamed of winning the big jackpot and "may have" scratched a lottery ticket or two.

The family wishes to express their sincere appreciation to the Scott and White (Austin) Hospice team for their care, empathy and guidance during Gayle's final journey.

To respect Gayle's wishes, no services are planned, but in lieu of flowers, donations can be made to her favorite charity, Cal Farley's Boys Ranch. Please remember the family in prayer.
