William "Bill" Franklin Fisher, 85, of Cleveland passed away at home with his family at his side on Saturday March 19, 2022. Bill was born on September 22,1936 to Carl Louis and Cleo (Crouch) Fisher in Oglesby, Oklahoma.
He began working as a young boy to help support the family. Bill became a plumbing contractor, plumbing several of the major buildings in the Tulsa area. Working with his employees and his son, Thomas.
Bill married Marilyn Sue Sharpton on August 19, 1955 in Bartlesville, and she preceded him in death in 2008.
Survivors include his son; daughter and four grandchildren .
Bill's care has been entrusted to Mobley-Groesbeck Funeral Service of Sand Springs.
