John was predeceased by his parents, his brother Phillip Hall, and his beloved dog Bobo. Survivors include wife Karen Hall; his daughter Kimberly Richards; grandchildren Tyler Morgan Richards, Jaxson Ray Robinson and Avery Patricia Robinson; also his brother Jimmy Hall and his wife Kathy; his nieces Jennifer Henderson and Jamie Holloway; his cat Callie.

Funeral services in celebration of John's life will be held at 2:00 PM on Wednesday April 13, 2022 in the chapel of Jacksonville Memory Gardens Funeral Home, 111 Blanding Blvd., Orange Park with Dr. T.E. McDaniel officiating. John will be laid to rest with his parents in the family plot in the Garden of the Good Shepherd at Jacksonville Memory Gardens.
