Arthur William Lady, age 85, of Indianapolis, Indiana passed away on Monday, April 11, 2022. Arthur was born October 9, 1936 in Beech Grove, Indiana to the late Bertha (Decker) Lady and Arthur Lady. He is also preceded in death by his sisters, Arlene Childs, Mary Catherine Kincaid, and Geraldine Inabnit. Arthur retired from the US Army as a Master Sergeant before working as a surveyor in the construction industry. In his free time he enjoyed golfing and painting.

Arthur is survived by his wife of 62 years, Mary (Eck) Lady; daughters, Cynthia Ortiz (Joe), Rhonda Fletcher (Dan), and Kimberly Lady; sister, Bertha Mack; grandchildren, Heather Holt (Curtis), Daniel Fletcher, and Ariel Twaddle; and 3 great grandchildren.

Arthur will be laid to rest in Calvary Catholic Cemetery, Indianapolis, Indiana.
