Visiting at 10 AM, Monday, December 20, 2021 at Buena Vista Baptist Church, 10633 Hwy 18, St. James, until religious services at 11 AM, conducted by Rev. Dr. Joseph Coleman, Pastor. Interment in the church cemetery.
He is survived by a son, James Ross, III, 7 brothers; Harold, Vernon, Richard and Reginald Ross, Bruce Wayne Billy, Eldrige and Kendrick Jupiter, 4 sisters; Darline and Susan Ross, Pam and Paula Billy, aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents James, Sr. and Regina Ross.
