Vicki grew up in the Tecumseh area and graduated from Tecumseh High School with the class of 1970. During her senior year at Tecumseh High School, She was a Junior Play Usherette; the secretary of the National Honor Society; member of the Interact Club, Science Club, Journalism Club, and Glee Club. Vicki was voted "Most likely to succeed". Also, in her senior year, she was awarded the Keypunch Medal and Shorthand Medal. Vicki worked in various offices, secretarial positions forr title companies and county court houses in Oklahoma, California, and Oreg on. After moving to Enid, Vicki worked for the Garfield County Treasurer's Office until she suffered a debilitating stroke after and emergency operation. Vicki lived at the Garland Road Nursing and Rehab for the past few years where she made many friends.
Vicki was preceded in passing by her parents, Dee and Barbara Case, sister, Cynthia Dee Case, and husband James "Tom" Moore on February 5, 2014.
