She was born July 25, 1939 in Montgomery, Alabama, daughter of the late Emmett Rhodes and the late Annie Moses.
She was a Chief Clerk at the Tax Assessor's Office.
Surviving are her Daughter, Lori (Kevin) Smith and Granddaughter, Kimberly Smith.
She was preceded in death by her Husband, James "Buddy" Collins; Father, Emmett Oneal Rhodes; Mother, Annie Moses.
Friends will be received Wednesday, April 13, 2022 from 1:00 p.m. to 1:45 p.m. at Martin Funeral Home.
Services will be held Wednesday, April 13, 2022, at 2:00 p.m. at Martin Memorial Cemetery with Rev. Jack Jones officiating.
Interment will follow in Martin Memorial Cemetery, Clanton, Alabama.
