Joseph Marcus Fowler "Peanut", 59, passed away on April 9, 2022. Peanut was born February 25, 1963 in Perry, Florida to Jacob Ephram Fowler and Lucille Bailey Fowler.
Peanut loved spending time with his grandaughters and fishing.
Joseph was preceded in death by his father Jacob Ephran Fowler, his grandmother Bertha Allen, his son Joseph Marcus Fowler Jr, his sister Lisa Fowler, a nephew Mite Buzbee, cousins Tony and Lee Cooper, and an aunt Lill Odom.
He is survived by his wife 35 years Joann Fowler, two children Jacob William Fowler, Joshua Fowler and his wife Nikkie, two grandchildren Haley and Kaley Fowler, his mother Lucille Wilder, and one brother Jimmy Ray Mathis and his wife Penny, and their two children Christopher Mathis and Chanda Mathis, a special aunt Gladys Bailey, and several other family members.
Funeral Services will be held on Wednesday, April 13, 2022 at 12:00 PM at Burns Funeral Home of Perry with Bro. Danny Lundy officiating. Interment services will follow immediately afterwards in Woodlawn Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM on Wednesday, April 13, 2022 at Burns Funeral Home of Perry. All arrangements are under the direction of Burns Funeral Home of Perry.
