Beverly Terry Johnson, age 78, passed away April 10, 2022, at Grand Haven Nursing Home, in Cynthiana, Kentucky. He was born in Ruddles Mills, Bourbon County, Kentucky, on May 31, 1943, to the late Beverly Baines and Fanny Lucille Frederick Johnson.

In addition to his parents, Terry was preceded in death by a sister, Donna (Charles) Clifford. He is survived by: two sons, Terry Todd Johnson and Anthony Baines Johnson; a daughter, Stacey (Jeff) Lynn Smith; a sister, Lois (Charles) Isaac; two grandchildren, Kaitlin (Troy) Ann Clem and Kethan Russell Todd Johnson (Courtney Mattox); four great-grandchildren, Tatum Lail, Haven Clem, Kambrie Clem and Maisyn Clem; as well as several nieces, and nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews. He also leaves behind some special friends, Brad Wiglesworth, Rick Whalen and Kristie Faulkner.

Services will be held at 1:00 a.m. Thursday, April 14, with visitation beginning that day at 11:00 a.m. Dr. Timothy F. Teater will be presiding over the services, and burial will follow at Battle Grove Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Brad Wiglesworth, Rick Whalen, Jeff Smith, Andy Duckworth, Kethan Johnson and Troy Clem.
