, TOBY, MINNIE COHEN She was born December 10, 1914 to Ben and Fannie Cohen in Abilene, TX and passed away quietly on January 7, 2008 at the age of 93. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and great grandmother. She was a longtime member of Temple Emanu-El, Hadassah, and National Council of Jewish Women. She was preceded in death by her husband, Jack Toby. She was also preceded in death by her brothers, Louis Cohen and Abe Cohen and sister Lilly Anton, all of Abilene, TX. She is survived by her son, Herb Toby and wife Leona of Dallas, and daughter Beverly Seidel and husband Paul also of Dallas. She is also survived by grandson Dr Jack Seidel and wife Suzanne of Dallas, granddaughters Sherri Kraft and husband Paul from Indianapolis, IN and Tiffany Toby of Los Angeles, CA and great granddaughters Laurie and Lindsay Seidel, and Melissa and Valerie Kraft. A special thanks to all of the staff at Caruth Haven Court for all of their help and assistance. And a very special thanks to Maria Ayala who has spent several years caring for her with love and devotion. Funeral services will be held on Thursday, January 10, 2008 at Temple Emanu-El Chapel, Dallas, TX with Rabbi Deborah Robbins officiating at 10:00 AM with grave side services at Tiferet Israel Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Heart Association or the charity of your choice.
