Paula found her soul mate in Michael Perry, they were married and shared a life together that blended two families that inspired everyone they met. Paula was blessed with her daughter, Brandi Bailey and 4 stepchildren, Todd (Dana) Perry, Matthew Perry, Glenda Perkins and Tammy Chambers. Perhaps her greatest accomplishment was her time spent as "YAYA" to her grandchildren.
Paula is survived by her sister Brenda Brown (Portland, TN), and her brothers Michael Wakefield (Mt. Juliet, TN) and Troy Wakefield (ST. Augustine, FL). She is also survived by three sisters-in-law, Connie Wakefield, Terry Wakefield, and Brenda Guy. Paula is also survived by her brother-in-law, Jerry Brown (Portland, TN). Paula is also survived by several cousins, nieces, and nephews whom she loved dearly.
No services will be held (at Paula's request). The family is planning a Celebration of Life and will post the date and time on this site. Paula requested no flowers.
However, if you are so inclined and have a favorite breast cancer or COPD charity, your donation in Paula's name will be greatly appreciated.
