SEPTEMBER 5, 1930 – APRIL 7, 2022
Betty Lou White Clark, age 91, passed away peacefully on April 7, 2022. She was the 4th child born on September 5,1930 to Henry Lucius and Neva Mae Pace White. She graduated from Pensacola High School and retired from the Escambia County School District. She was married to the love of her life for 66 years before he passed away in 2017. In her spare time she enjoyed traveling our beautiful United States with family and friends, as well as overseas, especially Germany. She was an avid reader and enjoyed crocheting and spending time with her grandkids, and was over joyed when her great grand kids could visit.

Betty is preceded in death by her parents, Henry & Neva; husband, John Halprin Clark; daughter, Patricia Louise Nelson; brothers Henry White, Jr and James White; sister, Miriam Lewis; nephew, Charles Creighton, Jr. and niece, Jenny White.

She is survived by son, John David (Deborah) Clark; daughter, Lamenda (Johnny) Mitchell; sister, Neva Creighton; grandsons, Jason Nelson and Thomas (Ashley) Mitchell; great grandkids, Mason Mitchell, Rilee Mitchell and Adalyn Hadder; nephews, Buddy (Barbara) Lewis, Pete (Sharon) Lewis, Jimmy (Cyd) White; nieces, Carol Creighton (David) Tidwell, Joni White, Julie White Shockley, Susie (Harvey) Boyette, Kitty Manning, Dorothy (Cliff) Brown; and many great nieces and nephews, many great great and great great great nieces and nephews (some of which never got to meet her). She also has "adopted" daughters and grandkids she claimed as hers over the years (you know who you are). You were all loved by Betty Lou aka Aunt Betty, Aunt Betty Lou, Aunt Boo, Grandma, Nana and great Nana.

The family will receive guests between the hours of 10 am and 11 am on Monday, April 11, 2022 at Bayview Memorial on Scenic Hwy with a simple ceremony following at the mausoleum.
