Deborah Lynn "Debbie" Ford, 69, of Cottage Grove, Oregon passed away at home March 6, 2022. Debbie was born in Salinas, California August 6, 1952 to parents John and Clydene Shackelford Chiesa. She graduated from North High in 1971, and was married Jun 19, 1976 to Stephen Ford in Salinas, California. Debbie worked as a gatekeeper for the Salinas Disposal Service, and she retired in 1998. Debbie enjoyed bowling, bingo, bunco, cards, dominos, and board games. She loved to take road trips and bird watching. Most of all Debbie loved spending time with her grandchildren. She was a member of the Cottage Grove Elks Lodge. Debbie is survived by her partner of 4 years Scott Kessler of Cottage Grove, OR; daughter Leigh-Anne Bridler of Cottage Grove, OR; son Shon Ford of San Antonio, TX; brother Mark Chiesa of Pflugerville, TX; 6 grandchildren and 1 great-grandchild. Debbie is preceded in death by her parents John and Clydene Chiesa; husband Stephen Ford and brother Mike Chiesa. There will be no services at this time.
