Sheila Bass Campbell, 62, of Middleton, passed from this life Saturday morning, April 2, 2022 at her home surrounded by her family.

She was born Tuesday, January 12, 1960, in Bolivar, daughter of the late Olion and Melba Lowrance Bass, and lived her whole life on Peavine Road. She married Jerry Campbell on June 4, 1976 and worked for 36 years an an eyewear consultant for Hardeman County Vision Center in Bolivar. Sheila enjoyed river life and going to the beach, but received her greatest fulfillment from spending time with her family and watching her grandchildren play ball. She was known to always be willing to help others out in any circumstance and was a devoted member of Porters Creek Baptist Church where she worked with the youth in her early years.

In addition to her husband, survivors include two daughters, of whom she was most proud, Heather Jordan (Matt) of Charlotte, NC and Monica Yopp (Jon) of Selmer; a sister, Carolyn Owens (Joe) of Savannah; and four grandchildren who were the light of her life, Gavin and Graylie Jordan, Dru and Aidan Yopp.
