Services for Mr. Belgard will be held on Friday, April 8, 2022 at 2:00 p.m. at the Deville Pentecostal Church with Reverends Dale Hutchinson and James Paul officiating. The visitation will be held at the church from 10:00 a.m until the time of service. Interment will follow the service in Bradford Cemetery under the direction of Gallagher Funeral Home.
Mr. Belgard was a loving father, brother, and grandfather. He served his country in the US National Guard for over 30 years and retired as Master Sergeant and was a proud decorated veteran of the Gulf War. Mr. Belgard served his community with the Alexandria Fire Department and retired as Captain. He enjoyed hunting and fishing with his grandchildren and will forever be missed by those that loved and knew him.
He was prceded in death y his parents, Aaron Belgard, Sr. and Goldie Ruth Belgard; and sister, Vera Paul George.
Those left to cherish his memory include his sons, Mark Belgard (Mindy Herboldsheimer) and Bryan Belgard (Samantha); brother, Volley Belgard; sister, Charlotte Ruth Belgard; grandchildren, Macy Belgard, Marcy Belgard, Mandy Belgard, Milly Belgard, Aaron Chael Belgard; and a host of extended family and friends.
Pallbearers honored to serve are Ronald George, Danny Joe Paul, Samuel Belgard, Larry Woodson, Mike Shields, and Randy Miller. Honorary Pallbearers are Greg Thompson, Shawn Daze', Larry Lofton, Sean Fisher, and Greg Wilson.
